Ep. 184, How to Trust Yourself

Trusting yourself is huge when you want to cut back or take a break from alcohol. 

Because, the truth is, we have broken trust with ourselves over and over again, right? We say we won’t drink, and then we do. How many times has that happened for you?
I'm guessing a few!
And because of this broken trust we have with ourselves, it’s sometimes hard to believe that we actually CAN change our behavior. 

In this episode, I explained that building trust with yourself again is critical to long term changes, and it starts with trusting yourself WHEN YOU HAVE AN OVER-DRINK OR UNPLANNED DRINK.
