⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "When I joined this program in early December of 2020, I set goals for 2021. Honestly, I wasn't 100% convinced that I would actually achieve the goals but I am kind of a goal junkie and I just had a good feeling about Angela and the program.

A couple of months into the program I was seeing success and really started to understand the thought model and realized I was going SLAY these goals.

1) Lose 20 lbs....As of this month I'm down 25 lbs
2) Run at least a 10k this year...Did it today and am signed up for a 10 mile and half marathon before the end of the year.
3) Journal at least 6 days a week...yep, like clockwork.
4) Cut down to 2 drinks, 2 times a week....I've been AF since November 28th. Honestly, every day I'm loving the AF life more and more.
5) Exceed my revenue goals at work (I'm in sales)....Ahead of them year to date

My weekends before used to consist of a party, hangover, overeating, drinking, hangover, dragging myself out for a run, sleep, drink, hangover.

This weekend I went for a 50km bike ride, learned a new skill (sourdough baking), cooked an amazing meal for friends, met my new neighbors, planted 2 new orchids, did a 12km run, recorded a podcast, and got vaccinated. And all of this without any alcohol.
