Tune in to learn ‘how much’ is enough when you are planning your drinks.
The secret answer: whatever you decide — ahead of time.
You get to decide how much is enough. Your decision on how much to drink is the perfect amount. That might be 0, that might be 2. But when you decide, with intentionality, ahead of the time, it means you have chose the perfect amount for you and it’s in alignment with your goals around alcohol.
What we tend to do is wait and see if it feels like enough. This is not a good strategy for knowing how much is enough. Your brain and desire will always tell you more is better.
But, you have already decided how much is enough. So, now we just need to let that desire be present and know for ourselves that we have had enough.
