Do y’all do this?

You get upset or something triggers you and then you might spin out a bit in your head and then tell someone else about it and then you say something like am I crazy for thinking this?

I mean I should be upset about this right?

This is just you looking for someone else to validate your feelings and thoughts. It’s not wrong or right to do this, by the way, I for sure do it too.

But what I want to suggest you start doing is validate your own feelings.

I realized that I do this on the regular basis and I’ve been trying to find a way to explain the beautiful benefit of doing this and finally figured out how to share it.
