 'I’ve been feeling really good about my progress this week with reducing how much I drink. I had two AF days in a row and 2 days of having just 1 drink. Typically if I have 1, I always have another. WHO AM I?

I WAS someone who over-drank, heavily, for 20+ years. I struggled to get off the auto-repeat cycle of drinking AND eating too much, saying I would stop, try and cut back only to find myself right back in that cycle again.  

 NOW, I enjoy living an alcohol free lifestyle (over 6 years!), as a mom, wife, certified stop over-drinking coach, and host of the Stop Over-drinking and Start Living Podcast, my purpose and mission is to help women ‘who do it all’ overcome their over-drinking struggles permanently.  

I BELIEVE that you can have ANY type of relationship with alcohol that you want without labels, without saying you'll never drink again.
