 'I’ve been feeling really good about my progress this week with reducing how much I drink. I had two AF days in a row and 2 days of having just 1 drink. Typically if I have 1, I always have another. I am finally being very intentional about what and when I drink, and reminding myself throughout the day why I dont want to drink a lot. It comes down to caring for myself and doing what is good for my mind and body. I’m super excited to see how my mindset has shifted after being a part of this group, listening to the tutorials, workshops, coaching calls and podcasts. I'm, Angela Mascenik, the founder of the Stop Over-drinking and Start Living podcast, host of transformational sober retreats, and creator of life-changing coaching programs for women who are ready to change their relationship with alcohol—for good, and for fun.

After over-drinking for more than 20 years, I know firsthand the shame, frustration, and exhaustion of trying to change and falling back into old patterns. It wasn’t until I discovered the tools I now teach that I was finally able to break free—and I've helped hundreds of other high-achieving, smart women do the same.

Through my coaching, retreats, and community, I helps women uncover the real reasons behind their over-drinking so they can feel empowered, not deprived—and start living a life they actually love.

When I'm not coaching badass women, you’ll find me sipping coffee, snuggling my soul dog Jackie Pooh, lifting weights, hanging with my three hilarious kids, reading all the latest personal development books, or adventuring with my husband Pete.
