Who this is for*?:

  • 8 women, ready to be seen, get weekly coaching, do the work, and put themselves and their well being at the top of the list, for once!
  • If you have made some progress in your drinking but have stalled.
  • Clearly see the specific areas in which you over-drink.
  • Want ME to be your coach and will do what I suggest, be open to thinking about things differently, and be willing to be wrong about yourselves and some areas in your life that have been big stressors for you.
  • Ready and willing to see their excuses and mental road blocks and decide to do things differently. 
  • Have been thinking about doing something at this level for awhile, but consistently talk themselves out of it for one reason or another, but WANT to get out of their own way and do it.
  • Recognize their BADASSNESS in other areas of their lives and want to be an ultimate badass here too.

I was you too.

I over-drank for 20 years while raising three kids, keeping a career going, and holding everything together on the outside. I tried everything. I white-knuckled it. I made deals with myself. I started over every Monday.

It wasn't until I stopped looking outside myself for the answer that anything actually changed.

Real change doesn't come from a program that just tells you what to do. It comes from understanding why you keep doing what you're doing — and finally being willing to look at that honestly.

About the 6-month  Transformation Program

6 Modules

Each of the 6-months is a deep dive into a key aspect to stopping over-drinking. The training videos are paired with workbooks, which we will be going through together at the same time as a group.

The modules will cover learning how to feel your feelings and not be so reactive, to how to manage your mind and think new purposeful thoughts that will help you get the results you want, to learning to love yourself, to be efficient and effective and planning your time and more.

 Live Coaching Calls 

This is your opportunity to get consistent WEEKLY coaching directly on drinking or any other area in your life you'd like to explore. Everyone in the group receives coaching every week. Cameras on, no hiding, ultimate accountability. The coaching calls are available to watch on the member site for 6 months. (Total of 24 live coaching calls)

Unlimited Written Coaching Support

The program includes access to private group communication where Angela will provide unlimited written coaching on any topic. You will also get to connect to the other women in the group.

In-person Retreat!

We will gather in Lisbon, Portugal at The Magic House Retreat Center for an all inclusive, 6-night, in person retreat! We will do fun activities, coach live together in person, and celebrate your huge accomplishments over the 6-months. (All food and activities will be included. Does not include transportation)

Investment

$7,997* with an approved application. $1,000 deposit due with application. Balance due within 24 hours of being accepted into the program. Payment plans available upon approval via PayPal Credit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "When I joined this program in early December of 2020, I set goals for 2021. Honestly, I wasn't 100% convinced that I would actually achieve the goals but I am kind of a goal junkie and I just had a good feeling about Angela and the program.

A couple of months into the program I was seeing success and really started to understand the thought model and realized I was going SLAY these goals.

1) Lose 20 lbs....As of this month I'm down 25 lbs
2) Run at least a 10k this year...Did it today and am signed up for a 10 mile and half marathon before the end of the year.
3) Journal at least 6 days a week...yep, like clockwork.

My weekends before used to consist of a party, hangover, overeating, drinking, hangover, dragging myself out for a run, sleep, drink, hangover.
