About Me, Angela Mascenik
Hi, I’m Angela Mascenik, certified life coach and creator of Alive AF! and the Stop Over-Drinking and Start Living podcast.
For years, I used alcohol as a way to relax, connect, and escape the pressures of life. But deep down, I knew it was holding me back from being fully present, energized, and confident in myself.
